The balance of payment is required 8 weeks before trip departure Cancellation Policy Refunds for cancellations made in advance of the balance due date can only be given once the trip is full and another diver has taken your place.For cancellations made after the balance has been paid, no refund can be made until we have sold your place to another diver. In the event of adverse weather conditions causing cancellation of the trip, your payment will be refunded to you although it may exclude the portion of the trip comprising accommodation costs
