Shipping & Returns
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with any item purchased from Big Squid, If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as fast and convenient as possible.
You may cancel your order by returning an item up to 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in new condition with all packaging and labels intact.

Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an mistake made by Big Squid. If the misatke is ours we will refund postage costs.
Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is based on your orders weight.
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible – subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.
Please Note. When items on your order are out of stock the order will ship once all of the orders items become available. If you require the product urgently, please contact us on 020 7627 0700 or info@bigsquid.co.uk to check availability prior to placing your order.
Postage options
Royal Mail 1st Class
Royal Mail 1st Class is not a trackable service. 1st Class deliveries usually take one to three working days from despatch, however Royal Mail advises you should allow more time for delivery during the run up to Christmas Day.
If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately, either by email info@bigsquid.co.uk or by calling us on 0207 627 0700.
If the goods are damaged we will need some proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent by email.
We can then can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation by either sending out a replacement item or a replacement part.
If your goods have gone missing for UK orders we will need to wait 5 days past the usual delivery time and we can then re-send you your goods.
Course bookings Cancellation Policy
Payments are non refundable , course dates can be changed with 10 days notice, If the notice given is less, the payment can only be used against another date if Big Squid manage to fill the cancelled date.
Trip bookings Cancellation Policy
Payments are non refundable , UK and European Trip dates can be changed with 8 weeks notice, If the notice given is less, the payment can only be used against another trip if Big Squid manage to fill the cancelled date
