Dive Equipment Service Timeframes
Dive Computers:
- 90-minute in store turnaround for battery replacement and pressure testing (most models)
- Postal turnaround 2 weeks
- Contact us by email or phone before sending your equipment
Standard Service Times:
- Cylinders, regulators, and BCDs: 3 weeks
Expedited Option:
- Fast Track Service available for major regulator and BCD brands
- 2-week completion time
- Additional £40.00 fee

Scuba Equipment Servicing
For maximum convenience, you can drop off and collect your gear at our regular pool nights in Clapham and Dulwich (we run 3 each month) – making servicing easy to fit around your schedule. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange postal delivery or visit our dive shop in Portland, Dorset.
Once your equipment has been serviced and is ready for collection, we’ll notify you promptly. You can collect it at our next pool session in Clapham or Dulwich, or we can arrange delivery back to your location. Alternatively, you can pick it up at our Portland shop,
A service certificate accompanies all serviced regulators, cylinders, and BCDs. Our highly qualified technicians have extensive experience in servicing most brands. It’s recommended to maintain regulators and BCDs according to the manufacturers’ guidelines—either every 100 dives or annually (or every two years in some cases), whichever comes first.
The standard BCD service is priced at £68.00, covering valve servicing, inflator servicing, and bladder disinfection. Additional costs may apply if there’s a broken inflator unit or any other structural defects discovered during the service.
If you only need an inflator service without a full BCD service, the cost is £45.00.

The prices provided are for a standard regulator set, comprising 1 first stage, 2-second stages, and a high-pressure hose with a submersible pressure gauge.
Please note that hoses and mouthpieces showing wear and tear, as well as any cracked or damaged bodywork, will require replacement, and this will result in additional charges beyond the initially quoted cost.
Additionally, we offer servicing for regulator single stages. Feel free to reach out to us for quotes specific to this service.
