Would you like to join an enthusiastic, friendly professional dive team?
We are looking for Instuctors and Divemasters to help us run a full range of courses and act in safety diver and dive site management and
to teach a full range of courses
Assistance is frequently required during confined water sessions held on Wednesday and Sunday evenings, as well as Open Water training at either Wraysbury Lake or Portland Dorset.
There are several advantages to instructing with Big Squid, including the fact that you will only be responsible for teaching, with no need to pack or unpack equipment since everything is taken care of in advance.
Paperwork is kept to a minimum, and all theory is completed via eLearning. Instructors are paid the London Living wage per hour, and class sizes are small.
Additionally, on-site support is always available if necessary, and instructors are covered by the dive centre’s insurance. There is also a fantastic social aspect to the dive centre, and the confined pools are full-sized, 2.8-3m deep, and exclusively for diving, with no swimmers to contend with.
To be eligible to work with Big Squid, you must have a current HSE Diving Medical and be renewed with either PADI or SSI.
