initial treatment for many diving and non-diving related injuries and accidents involves the administration of oxygen.

During the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider course, you will learn different methods of providing oxygen. You will also become familiar with assembling and disassembling emergency oxygen equipment.

Emergency Oxygen Provider Course Contents:

The training covers the benefits, hazards and equipment associated with the provision of oxygen.

We will focus on practical experience and include a series of scenarios. We will cover oxygen treatment for diving injuries and illnesses such as near-drowning, lung overexpansion injuries and decompression illness.

There is no minimum age required to join the course.
The course is performance-based and without an exam.
We run the course to order to suit your schedule. It usually takes about three hours to complete.

Course Materials:

You will receive a manual which you will review before the course in your own time.

Course Completion:

Once completed, you will receive a PADI speciality certification a credit towards attaining your Master Scuba Diver rating.

Your certification will also enable you to purchase 100% medical grade oxygen.
