Big Squid : Courses : Night Diver
After completing the course you will receive a PADI Night Diver certification card allowing you to participate in Night Diving activities world-wide.
Content
The Night Diver course comprises 3 open water dives; these are conducted over at least 2 days.
On this course you will learn how to prepare for night diving and will develop your dive knowledge and practical skills.

During the course we will be covering

  • Planning, preparation, procedure and problem anticipation.
  • Buoyancy control, night navigation, communication
  • Buddy system techniques and use of lights
  • Emergency procedures
  • Aquatic life at night
Designed For
To qualify as a Night Diver you must be at least 12 years old and possess a PADI Open Water diver, PADI Junior Open Water Diver certification or equivalent.
Length
Usually over at least 2 days. Locations for this course include Portland, Stony Cove, Wraysbury, and the Red Sea or at another Big Squid overseas destination.
Cost

Training in the UK £215 (PADI Night Diver manual, tanks, weights and all equipment)

Training abroad: £195 (includes PADI Night Diver manual, tanks, weights and all equipment)
